With a direct ferry route from New London, Connecticut to Orient and Bridgeport, Connecticut to Port Jefferson every hour. The Shelter Island Ferry to Greenport is a brief 15 minute ride, making a weekend getaway, from New England or the South Fork, easy and accessible and a great way to enjoy our beautiful towns. And if you have the opportunity to fly, the small-aircraft airport is an ideal landing spot for a day trip to Mattituck.
