About NFPC

For almost 30 years volunteers from the the business community of the North Fork through the North Fork Promotion Council, Inc (NFPC) welcome and attract new visitors to our beautiful region, the North Fork.

Visitors can use the Central Calendar of events which can be found on this website, as well as lots of useful information: www.northfork.org. Or they can visit the Mattituck/Laurel and Greenport Tourism Information booths on Route 25/Main Road- with information about available rooms at Bed and Breakfasts and other motels and hotels, about exciting or relaxing local events, farmstands, vineyards, local shopping, services, and other businesses, and all about things to do on the North Fork for the whole family! The NFPC publishes the Official NFPC North Fork Guide, and the NFPC participates in the annual New York Time and Boston Globe Travel Shows.

The NFPC represents most if not all local business organizations with a combined membership of over 500 businesses.

Our members include The North Fork and Mattituck Chambers of Commerce, the Long Island Wine Council, The North Fork Bed & Breakfast Association, The Elegant Bed & Breakfast Association, The Transportation Commission, The North Fork Antique Dealers Association, The North Fork Heritage Alliance and the Village of Greenport Business Improvement District (BID) and the Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association (HANFRA).
